Zooms offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free UPS ground shipping on most of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends.
We currently have one warehouse in California and the shipping time is around 3-7 working days mostly. The estimated shipping time for different areas is in below picture for your reference.

ZOOMS SHIPPING POLICY

We could arrange expedited shipment based on our customers' need. There would be an extra shipment fees for expedited shipment which is charged by the shipment carrier. We will bear the normal shipment fees, but the extra fees need to be borne by the customer. The extra fees depend on the shipping address, please contact us here or at service@zoomspower.com for the detailed information.
For address in West and Mid America, it would be delivered in 2 working days by expedited shipment. (e.g., Shipped on Monday, delivered on Wednesday; Shipped on Friday, delivered on next Tuesday.) For address in East America, it would be delivered in 3 workdays. (e.g., Shipped on Monday, delivered on Thursday; Shipped on Friday, delivered on next Wednesday.).

Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited unless the customer is willing to pay for the expedited shipment, which could be refer to content 1.

Zooms can arrange shipment to AK, HI and PR via UPS by freight, and there will a shipping surcharge as they cannot be arranged by ground shipment. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please contact us here or at

Depending on where you're located, Zooms may be able to ship an order outside USA. Please e-mail us your address, product models and quantity wanted and contact us here or at sales@zoomspower.com and we will check with our shipping company to confirm if the shipment is possible.

Regarding the large quantity order/full container shipping, please contact us here or at sales@zoomspower.com, and we will provide you a more suitable shipping method.

We will expand more local warehouses in USA this year and the shipping time would be expected to shorten to around 1-3 working days for most places in USA.
